Khadija Kathy Mustapha-Ali graduated with a degree in Radio and Television Arts at Ryerson University and immediately began working in television production at CFTO-TV and CTV Television. In 1988 she was one of eight people starting Vision Television, Canada's first national Multi-Faith, Multi-Cultural National Television Service where she built and ran the broadcast centre. Khadija began her own production company called KHADIJA PRODUCTIONS INC. and began working with various communities and to date has worked with over one hundred and fifty non-profit organizations specializing in the areas of Anti-Racism and Domestic Violence incorporating media campaigns and documentaries.

To date she has worked with The Ministry of Attorney General's office and the Ministry of Multiculturalism. Khadija has been a field producer at CTS Television on Faith Journal for over eight years also working at TVCogeco on various award winning documentaries. Khadija has produced and directed for Rogers Television including, "My House", "My Model Home" and the new series "GTA's Most Wanted" based on America's Most Wanted and "Restaurantours" and is currently producing a one hour business show called "In Business". Khadija lives in Mississauga with her three teenage children.
